CRACK — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CRACK (the “Game”), including its Discord application, bot, Rich Presence and any related online features (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by PlayMakers SAS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing, playing or authorizing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. You must also meet the age requirements of Steam and Discord. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

  • Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game or any part of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except where the law expressly permits it
  • Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation or unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage or disrupt the Services
  • Interfere with servers, networks or other players’ use of the Services

The Game is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights, title and interest in the Game, including its code, art, audio, names and trademarks.

3. Third-party platforms

The Game is distributed through Steam, and some features run through Discord. Your use of those platforms is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Discord’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability or their handling of your data. Purchases, refunds and payment processing are handled by Valve under Steam’s policies.

4. Discord integration

When you connect or authorize CRACK through Discord, you allow the Services to use the Discord account information and permissions you approve, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove the app’s access at any time in Discord under User Settings > Authorized Apps. You agree not to use the Discord integration to spam, harass or abuse other users, or to break Discord’s Community Guidelines.

5. Player conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other players
  • Post or share content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or infringes someone else’s rights
  • Cheat, grief on purpose, or exploit bugs instead of reporting them
  • Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or end your access if you break these rules.

6. User content

Any names, chat messages or other content you submit through the Services remains yours. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and transmit that content only as needed to run the Services.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature, including online and Discord features, at any time. We do not guarantee the Services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Game and removing the Discord app’s authorization. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections 2 (ownership), 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE], unless local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
