PlayMakers SAS (“we”, “us”, “our”) does not collect, record, store or sell any personal information from players of CRACK (the “Game”) or users of its Discord application, Rich Presence or related features (together, the “Services”). This policy explains how the Services work with Discord and Steam without us keeping your data.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not run our own accounts, databases, analytics or tracking. We do not store your Discord or Steam information, gameplay history, chat messages, IP address or device information on any server we control.
2. How the Discord integration works
When you authorize CRACK through Discord, Discord may share the information you approve, such as your user ID, username, display name and avatar, with the Game running on your device. This information is used only during your session, for example to show your status or name in the Game or let friends join you. It is not sent to us or saved by us.
3. Steam
The Game is sold and run through Steam. Your Steam ID and persona name are used by Steam to power multiplayer, lobbies and achievements. Purchases and payments are handled entirely by Valve. We do not receive or store this information.

5. If you contact us
If you email us for support, we use your email address and message only to reply. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we delete the conversation once it is resolved.
6. Your choices
You can remove CRACK’s access to your Discord account at any time in Discord under User Settings > Authorized Apps. Because we do not store your information, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side.
7. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
8. Changes to this policy
If the Services ever start collecting information, we will update this policy and change the effective date above before doing so.
